Service calls & diagnostics
A diagnostic fee applies to each service visit and covers the technician's time to inspect and identify the cause of the appliance issue. This fee applies toward the repair cost if you approve the recommended work.
Quotes & approval
No repair work begins until you have approved a firm price following the diagnostic. If additional issues are discovered once a repair is underway, we will pause and get your approval before proceeding further.
Parts
We use genuine or OEM-equivalent replacement parts and will explain the options available for your specific appliance before installation. Parts availability can affect scheduling for less common models.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash.
90-day labor guarantee
Repairs performed by The Appliance Plug are covered by a 90-day labor guarantee against the specific issue repaired. This guarantee covers labor to correct the original issue; it does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or issues arising after the guarantee period. See our Guarantee & Trust page for full details.
Limitation of liability
While we take care to protect your home and property during every visit, The Appliance Plug's liability for any claim arising from service performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific service, except where limitation is not permitted by law.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are estimates communicated at the time of booking. We will contact you if a delay is expected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
